During his 34 years in automotive, he dedicated 13 years to collision centers alone, specializing in process and management optimization.

With Elite, Brent will focus on his role as the Training Manager. He will use the position to help body shops harness the power of their management systems, which are often the most underused, and yet the most essential tools in the business.
Working directly with body shops and all their departments, Brent helps them customize the system to reflect the shop’s unique workflow. As a result, Brent’s invaluable expertise allows shops to determine their optimal work-in-progress, improve cycle time, and above all, reduce chaos across the board.
