Our Team
Dave Luehr
Over three decades ago, Dave’s passion for cars and auto body shops set him on a path riddled with ups and downs that would define his personal and professional growth. He took his first entrepreneurial leap with nothing more than a one-hundred-dollar bill and a paint gun, only to lose everything in a few short years.
In failing, Dave recognized an opportunity for even greater success. Working as an operational expert and a collision process engineer for some of America’s top collision shops, he found a new purpose in the industry. His work in leadership roles helped him recognize the limitless potential of proactive leadership and streamlined operations in the collision world. Today, he lives to help others fulfill their limitless potential, in their professional and personal lives.
Dave is now known as the founder of Elite Body Shop Solutions, a sought-after keynote speaker, and the author of The Secrets of America’s Greatest Body Shops. He focuses all his efforts on listening to what repairers need and spearheading an educational community of collision experts. Dave has devoted his entire career to inspiring and helping his international audience improve their businesses and their lives.
Stacey Phillips
Stacey is an award-winning writer and editor. As the owner of Radiant Writing & Communications, Stacey provides a wide range of content and digital marketing for technical and non-technical industries, including automotive, technology and health and wellness. She is passionate about writing original content that makes a difference.
In addition to reporting for national and international magazines, Stacey co-authored a history book for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, as well as The Secrets of America’s Greatest Body Shops. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a double major in Journalism and Political Science and earned an Honors Thesis in Environmental Politics.
Debra Hartley
Born to help people succeed and passionate about organization, Debra has found excitement in piecing together the puzzle of Dave’s innovative ideas. Her degree in Business Administration gives her the basis to manage Dave’s busy schedule, but her role extends to many other processes. From organizing the office, handling administration, all the way to event management, Debra works on a myriad of tasks to give Dave the freedom he needs to do what he loves most.
Her integrity and compassion make Debra the perfect partner in bringing the Elite Body Shop Solutions’ mission to life. With more than fifteen years of experience as administrative assistant, executive assistant, conference coordinator, and virtual assistant, she has only grown fonder of her calling. Debra’s commitment and creativity make anything and everything possible!
Anthony Guinn
At the age of seventeen, Anthony Guinn took his first steps in mastering the most essential entrepreneurial, leadership and management skills that would define his still thriving success. This passion and ever-growing knowledge set the foundation for what would become a career spanning over four decades. For the first twenty years, he worked in all facets of the automotive industry, focusing primarily on variable and fixed operations. Such a diverse expertise has helped him become an educated, inspiring coach for many body shop owners and for those aspiring to start their own ventures in this industry.
Throughout his career, Anthony has participated in many civic groups, and one of his most notable roles was that of the president of the California Auto Body Association in the San Fernando Valley. In 2017, he joined Elite Body Shop Solutions as our Collision Industry Coach to help body shop owners by sharing his expertise and experience. A leader and a role model in this industry, Anthony is changing the way business owners in the world of collision define success, continuously giving them new, invaluable insights for growth and advancement.
Brent Henkle
When you need someone who truly understands the inner workings of body shops, from retail management to handling employee training, Brent is your go-to guy. He has been in the automotive industry for the past 34 years, 13 of which he dedicated to body shops. While he has worked with everyone in the collision world, CEOs and CFOs included, Brent remains a team player and a dedicated coach. So much so, in fact, that he also coaches travel volleyball in his spare time, when he’s not working with body shops on accomplishing their business goals.
As a Body Shop Systems Trainer, Brent will help you, our Elite customers manage, customize, and optimize your CCC One platform to work seamlessly with your existing workflow and processes. With his decades of experience and hands-on approach, he will make even the most intricate processes streamlined for your organization.
Can’t find him in his natural habitat, problem-solving with body shop leaders? He’s most likely spending time with his lilac Great Dane, or somewhere on the snowy slopes, skiing and snowboarding to his heart’s content.
Amy Resinger
No task is too small for our dedicated Customer Success Manager, Amy. Her impeccable attention to detail and a keen understanding of business processes make her a true Elite asset. She devotes an equal amount of energy and knowledge to every task that comes her way, no matter its level of complexity. Evolving as a professional for over 10 years in customer service, Amy has developed an authentic approach to communicating with customers, doing her absolute best to resolve any issues they might come across.
What makes Amy such an invaluable member of our team is her passion to help people succeed in life and in business.
